The Indomitable Lions U23 concluded their preparation camp in Spain on a positive note, securing a 1-0 victory against Deportivo Alavés' reserve team. This match, played on Monday, marked the end of an intensive week of training in preparation for the upcoming U23 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Following a first half deemed unconvincing, the young Cameroonians displayed a transformed performance after the break. They managed to raise their level of play and exert greater pressure on their opponents. Despite some injuries during the match, the team maintained its cohesion, notably thanks to the contribution of substitute players.
