Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Cameroon has launched a call for tenders for the sale of eight used vehicles. The international emergency medical organization invites potential bidders to submit their applications before Friday, March 6, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
The offer includes six vehicles based in Yaoundé, in the Centre region, and two in Mora, in the Far North region. Prices range from 7,600,000 FCFA to 20,200,000 FCFA, depending on the characteristics detailed in the documents posted online by MSF. All vehicles are Toyota brand, with a predominance of Landcruiser models (seven units, 2014 or 2015 versions, manual transmission, hard top) and one Toyota Hiace (2014, manual, hard top).
Interested legal entities and individuals must submit their offers in sealed envelopes before the deadline. Bids can be submitted for several vehicles, but only one bid per vehicle is allowed. The final buyer will have to collect the vehicle(s) from their current location. Each vehicle is sold as is. In the event of identical offers, a silent auction will be organized.
The submission file must include a declaration on honor attesting to compliance with the terms and conditions of the specifications, the submission offer, a copy of the bidder's identity document, a copy of the Unique Identification Number (NIU), the Trade and Corporate Register (RCCM) for companies, and proof of deposit of a deposit of 10% of the starting price of the vehicle concerned with the bailiff Me Mbeleck Mbeinoun.
The opening of bids is scheduled for Monday, March 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the MSF premises in Yaoundé Bastos. The payment of the award price, plus 13% bailiff's fees, must be made by bank transfer. This sale comes as Cameroon seeks to renew its vehicle fleet, with an average age of 18 years, and encourages the acquisition of newer or electric vehicles.
