Her political commitment has been noticeable since she was 15. In 2025, she mobilized thousands of women to support the re-election of President Paul Biya.
Her influence has earned her prestigious honorary distinctions: Honorary Ambassador of Education and Culture of the Technofest Institute of Technology in Belgium and Credo Engineering Ambassador for the prestigious Harvard University. She is also regional coordinator of the More Women in Politics network and founding president of the Golden Ladies, associations through which she works for the empowerment of Cameroonian women.

In December 2025, a case shook the commune of Yaoundé VI, involving allegations of embezzlement within the Youth Association of Yaoundé VI (AJY6). Ngah, accused of having embezzled 3,962,000 FCFA, began repaying the disputed sum, paying 1,462,000 FCFA under the supervision of a bailiff. This gesture was interpreted as a sign of good faith, raising hopes for a resolution of the case.
