The stated objective: the construction of a "New Cameroon," in the face of what he describes as a profound economic, political, and moral crisis.
The former presidential candidate paints a bleak picture of the national situation. He speaks of a state in "technical bankruptcy," burdened by chronic debt, dilapidated infrastructure, and a persistent energy deficit. He also denounces a "war of clan leaders" at the top of the state, suggesting that Cameroon is being "confiscated" by special interests.
Beyond the economic and governance difficulties, Issa Tchiroma highlights the post-election crisis and its human consequences. He calls for solidarity with the victims of repression, mentioning "disappearances," about fifty deaths, and more than 3,000 arrests. He invites the Cameroonian diaspora, with all their skills, to overcome divisions and actively engage in what he calls "the battle for the Etoudi Palace".
Presenting his transition program as a solution endorsed during a popular consultation on October 12, 2025, Issa Tchiroma calls for a collective commitment to building a "New Cameroon". He urges Cameroonians abroad to contribute financially and materially to help the victims of repression and detainees, while inviting them to register on a platform under development to actively participate in the transformation of the country.
Issa Tchiroma's appeal comes in a tense socio-political context in Cameroon, marked by persistent economic challenges and recurring political tensions.
