Impex Trading has announced a capital increase of 180 billion FCFA, a strong signal in the Central African financial sector. This financial operation marks the entry into the operational phase of Ndolle City, an ambitious eco-tourism and digital urban project, presented as a key investment on a continental scale.

According to the company, this fundraising is the culmination of a long process of administrative, legal and financial structuring. It is accompanied by an overhaul of governance with the establishment of a board of directors that meets international standards.

Several financial institutions in the region are supporting this operation, including Afriland First Bank, BICEC, Access Bank, Bange Bank, Seronav SA and Orange Money. Opening up the capital to new investors aims to broaden the shareholder base and mobilize significant private resources.

This capital increase is part of the World Dream Investment (WDI) program, a financial mechanism with 10.7 billion dollars (approximately 6,500 billion FCFA) to finance structuring projects. Observers believe that this issue goes beyond the simple entrepreneurial framework.

The management of Impex Trading specifies that the funds necessary for the project have been secured for nearly ten years and that their deployment required compliance with the financial standards of CEMAC and Cameroonian regulations. The company claims to have obtained all the necessary validations, including that of the Bank of Central African States (BEAC), after the signing of an investment agreement and the finalization of a tripartite agreement with the State.

This gradual compliance has strengthened the interest of commercial banks in financing the project. On December 4, 2025, Impex Trading signed a partnership agreement for 300 billion FCFA with Génie Building, aimed at further integrating local companies into the construction of WDI program infrastructure.

Junior Abraham Ngosso, Managing Director of Impex Trading and Vice-President of the interministerial committee to facilitate the Ndollè City program, emphasizes that the expected impact goes beyond the real estate dimension, affecting local engineering, the transmission of expertise and the gradual substitution of imported services.

The managers of the WDI program project significant macroeconomic benefits, with the potential creation of two million jobs and the attraction of five million tourists. More than 5,300 foreign companies have already been identified as potential partners.

The success of this 180 billion FCFA fundraising represents an important test for the private financing of national mega-projects. In a context where African States are seeking to diversify their sources of capital, this operation could strengthen Cameroon's credibility with international investors and demonstrate the capacity of local groups to carry out urban and industrial projects on a global scale. The laying of the first stone of Ndollè City is scheduled for February 2026.
