The 11th edition of the Easter Cup Patricia Berthelot concluded its first round on April 15, with its share of surprises and confirmations. Out of the 12 teams involved, 8 have qualified for the quarter-finals, which will take place on Thursday, April 16. The remaining 4 teams will play classification matches to determine their final position in the tournament, which is scheduled to end on April 18.

The biggest surprise of this first round is undoubtedly the early elimination of EFBC, five-time winner of the competition. Élite du Football Boissons du Cameroun failed to impress, finishing last in its group with one defeat and one draw.
