Tensions are escalating between Panthère Sportive du Ndé and Colombe du Dja et Lobo following the interruption of the Cameroon Super Cup. After Colombe accused Panthère of influencing referee decisions, the West club responded with a statement dated February 27, 2026, categorically denying these allegations.
Panthère refutes the accusations of interference by the Ndé elite in the arbitration, calling Colombe's remarks "false statements". The club emphasizes that the major elite mentioned by Colombe was not present in Bandjoun during the match of the 6th day of the Elite One championship. For Panthère, this element constitutes further proof to challenge the accusations of its opponent.
In its press release, Panthère also recalls that Colombe has benefited in the past from favorable arbitration decisions, including a generous penalty during the final of the Cameroon Cup on December 14, 2025. The club also questions the penalty refused to Panthère during the same match, insinuating that Colombe has a selective memory when it comes to criticizing others.

The 2025 Cameroon Super Cup, which pitted Colombe du Sud, champion of Elite One, against Panthère du Ndé, winner of the Cameroon Cup, was interrupted. The match was stopped in the 67th minute after Colombe players left the field to protest a penalty awarded to Panthère. The referee also sent off Colombe captain Randy Ntube Kwalar, exacerbating tensions. The Cameroonian Football Federation (FECAFOOT) will have to rule on the outcome of this match.
