Cameroonian influencer Delly Singah had the scare of her life on Monday while traveling to Birmingham. She miraculously escaped a serious car accident on a UK highway.
Her vehicle was rear-ended by a Mercedes-Benz whose driver reportedly fell asleep at the wheel. Despite the violence of the impact, Delly Singah sustained no injuries.
According to her account, she was driving at the permitted speed of 70 kilometers per hour when the accident occurred. The impact propelled her Peugeot into another lane, amidst heavy and fast-moving traffic, narrowly missing heavy goods vehicles and other speeding vehicles.
Delly Singah describes a moment of intense panic. She tried to maintain control of the steering wheel while praying aloud, before managing to bring her car to a safe stop.
While the Mercedes sustained extensive damage, the influencer's Peugeot only suffered limited damage to the rear.
Before hitting the road, Delly Singah claims to have checked the condition of her vehicle, which she considered to be in perfect working order. She attributes her survival to her faith, believing she narrowly escaped a tragedy that could have had much more serious consequences.
