A father is accused of repeatedly raping his own daughter, who is only 13 years old, within their family home. The mother, terrified by her husband's threats, was silenced, unable to protect her child.
The events allegedly took place in Badumka, where the latest rape was reportedly committed on Saturday, March 13, 2026. A family member, not the parents, finally took the girl to the hospital, ending the horror the teenager was living through.
According to information gathered from administrative and medical sources, the victim's biological father allegedly abused his daughter on several occasions, mainly at night, forcing her into sexual intercourse. The mother, aware of the heinous acts committed by her husband, did not dare to alert the authorities, fearing for her own safety.
The silence was finally broken by a family member, who took the young victim to the hospital to receive the necessary care. Medical examinations confirmed the sexual violence suffered by the teenager, triggering the intervention of the judicial authorities.
The alleged perpetrator has been arrested and an investigation is underway to shed light on this case. The victim, meanwhile, is receiving medical and psychological care to help her overcome the trauma she has suffered.
Sexual violence against minors is a serious crime, severely punished by Cameroonian law.
